Mary is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Massage Therapist with 22 years of counseling and 17 years of therapeutic massage experience. Mary is dedicated to helping people pursue their desires and purpose by transforming stress, trauma and limitation. Her intention is to help people reclaim their choice and ability to move toward their heart's desires, and to respond to this inner change through inspired action. Specializing in a variety of powerful modalities, she loves her work, and the creative dance that ensues in the process of transformation.
I utilize acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine to address a wide variety of health concerns. My focal areas of specialization include women's health and infertility, gastrointestinal problems, and moderating acute and chronic pain conditions.
Dr. Stephanie Kaplan practices naturopathic family medicine, an individualized approach to health for women, children and men. With the goal of optimal health, she supports the body’s inherent ability to heal by determining and treating the true causes of acute and chronic ailments. Prevention and screening are also mainstays of her practice, including annual exams for women, and craniosacral therapy for newborns. Dr. Kaplan graduated from the National College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2001. She is a licensed naturopathic physician and has been practicing craniosacral therapy for 10 years.
